Vishu Kaniyappam

Ingredients 
01. Raw rice (soaked and roasted) - ½ kg
02. Soda powder - 1 pinch
03. Sesame - 1 tsp
04. Coconut pieces - ½ cups
05. Jaggery - ¼ kg

Preparation 
01. Melt the jaggery and keep aside.
02. Mix the rice flour, soda powder and sesame in cold water.
03. To this add the melted jaggery and coconut pieces and keep aside for an hour.
04. Pour ghee in a pan, heat and fry the kaniyappams of sizes to your liking.
