This is my first post in my new blog. Let me introduce myself. I am Jinku, married and settled in Dubai. Originally from TN, India. I am not a professional blogger / cook.

This is a small attempt of mine, to collect together all the recipes I tested and tasted in my kitchen. I started cooking only after my marriage. So I faced a lot of difficulties in finding the right recipes. Thats the reason for this blog. Hope these collections will be useful for other newbies too.

I collected all these recipes from various books, blogs, and webpages. The full credits goes to the original authors.
