Ingredients
01. Chicken (cut into small pieces) – 1 kg
02. Coriander powder – 3 tbsp
03. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
04. Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
05. Chili powder – 1 tsp
06. Pepper powder – 2 tsp
07. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
08. Curry leaves – a handful
09. Coconut oil – to fry
Preparation
01. Mix the chicken well with coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chili powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic-paste and curry leaves.
02. Add a little water that is sufficient to cook the chicken.
03. After the chicken is well cooked, heat two or three big spoons of coconut oil in a frying pan.
04. When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and fry well till it turns brown.
05. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
