Pan-Seared Cottage Cheese with Chilli Mayo

Ingredients:
1. Cut the paneer (cottatge cheese) into 6 long flat pieces, each about 1/4-inch thick.
2. Salt and peeper to taste
3. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
5. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
6. Finely minced coriander leaves
7. 1/2 tsp oregano powder
8. 10 grms butter
9. 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil

Method:

Marinate the cottage chhese with a mix of ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, lemon juice, oreganno powder and minced coriander for at least 20 minutes.

Heat the butter along with the vegetable oil in a pan and sear the paneer pieces, a minute and a half on each side on a medium flame. Serve with mayo seasoned with a lot of chilli flakes.
